This was RCB's first away defeat in the tournament.RCB, who were hoping to win this match and move to the top of the points table, have suffered a setback. Bangalore, who have already qualified for the playoffs, have only one more match to play.


Chasing a target of 232 runs against Sunrisers, RCB got off to a brilliant start with Phil 3 (62; 322, 4x4, 6x5) 6% (43; 256, 4X7, 6X1). The duo added 80 runs (7 overs) for the first wicket. Harsha Dube celebrated after taking the wicket of Kohli, who was on his way to his half-century. However, Salt continued his promising game. Mayank Agarwal (11; 10a) fought with him for a while. But Nitish Reddy, who took Mayank's wicket, broke the partnership.After this, they lost 7 wickets for 60 runs. Ishan Malinga took the lion's share of this. The rest of the batters also did not play a big innings.
