We got the team we wanted in this IPL auction:

KohliToday (Sunday)Commenting after the victory of the IPL match against Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore's star player Virat Kohli, who won the man of the match award, said, 'We got the team we wanted in this IPL auction.'This auction was good for us. We got the players we wanted. Our management has been successful in finding the right players. We missed it in the last few editions. You can see the intensity in the team," Kohli commented.

The 36-year-old Kohli opined that 'this time the RCB team is very balanced and this is the reason for the good performance.'
"It was a very important match for us. When we jumped from 8 to 10 points in the scoreboard, we saw a lot of difference. We have played excellent cricket away from home.We played excellent cricket. We have the attitude of scoring two points in every match.

'Indu Dev (Devadatta Padikkal) made the difference in the match. He deserves this award. I don't know why it was given to me. I can also increase the pace of the run. But the strength of other players in the team needs to be realized. My intention was to stand at one end of the wicket. It has been good for our team," Kohli explained about the strategy.
Chasing a target of 158 runs, RCB reached the target for the loss of three wickets with seven balls to spare.Target reached for loss. Virat, who scored an unbeaten 73 runs, deservedly won the man of the match award.
